These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
By signing up for the Oscr Services, users agree to be automatically subscribed to the Oscr newsletter. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions included in the email communications.
